Open Gym

As a courtesy to our members, we are now offering Open Gym time! Can't make it to a regularly scheduled class? Want to spend some time working on something outside of class? Then Open Gym is for you!

Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4pm - 5pm and Saturdays from 9am-10am
(schedule subject to change - be sure to check the schedule tab for latest updates)

Please note the following:
-Open Gym is not coached. Rather, it is a time to train on your own. Coaches will be present in the facility but will be working on other things such as their own workout, office work, cleaning, etc.
-Minimum 6-months membership required. Because this time is not coached, you must be one of our members and coming to classes for a minimum of 6 months before you can participate in open gym.
-Participants must have all equipment cleaned up and put away by 5:15pm weekdays and by 10am Saturdays.
-Open Gym is included in Unlimited Memberships. Open Gym counts as a class for 3x/week Memberships.
