Get started on your CrossFit journey with this non-intimidating Starter Month, where you get to learn the CrossFit Basics and try out classes. The Starter Month includes The Basics Course and Unlimited CrossFit classes the remainder of the month (30-day period).

The Basics Course:
Meets Monday and Wednesday from 6:30pm - 8pm for 2 weeks. *See upcoming course dates below*
During these classes, you will learn proper technique to perform functional movements such as squats, deadlifts, kettlebell exercises, overhead presses, cleans, and snatches to get you ready to do these movements safely in CrossFit classes.

Unlimited Classes for the remainder of the month!
As soon as you graduate from Basics, you can enroll in our regular CrossFit classes using your unlimited class pass. This allows you to figure out which days and times fit your schedule and how your body recovers from the workout before deciding on which membership is right for you!

We only accept 8 new members each month so that we can be sure each participant receives the maximum benefit and attention from the coaches. Purchase the Starter Month now to reserve your spot!
        Cancellation policy

        You can cancel your enrollment in the Starter Package for a full refund up to the day before the Course start date. No refunds are given after the Course has begun. If you are not able to finish the 4 Basics classes, you may be able to defer or transfer to a Course starting the following month, but no partial refunds will be given. Any changes to your Basics classes will require agreement with CrossFit Sterling and may incur an additional charge. You can schedule make-up classes for additional fee. Thank you.
