Get started on your CrossFit journey with this non-intimidating Starter Month, where you get to learn the CrossFit Basics and try out classes. The Starter Month includes The Basics Course and Unlimited CrossFit classes the remainder of the month (30-day period).

The Basics Course:
Meets Saturdays at 8am or Monday/Wednesdays at 6:30pm. *See upcoming course dates below*
During this small-group training, you'll learn proper technique for the foundational movements we do here at CrossFit Sterling, such as squats, deadlifts, presses, cleans, kettlebell swings and a lot more!

Unlimited Classes for the rest of the month!
The Starter Month includes unlimited classes for the remainder of the month! Use this time to figure out which of our CrossFit classes fit your schedule and how your body recovers from the workouts before deciding which membership is right for you!

        Cancellation policy

        You can cancel your enrollment in the Starter Package for a full refund up to the day before the Course start date. No refunds are given after the Course has begun. If you are not able to finish the 4 Basics classes, you may be able to defer or transfer to a Course starting the following month, but no partial refunds will be given. Any changes to your Basics classes will require agreement with CrossFit Sterling and may incur an additional charge. You can schedule make-up classes for additional fee. Thank you.
