Squeezing in a workout as a mom can be quite a challenge, whether you stay at home with your kids, work full-time or anything in between!
We all know life changes after you have a child - so much for the good but don’t fault yourself if you feel like something is missing. Maybe you don’t see your old friends as much. Maybe you don’t feel as 'in shape' or healthy as you used to. Maybe you just miss some “me”-time!
Let us help! Join MAMASTRONG - an 8-week series designed to empower moms to be a healthier, happier version of themselves!

Enroll in MAMASTRONG and you will get:

~16 kid-friendly CrossFit-style fitness classes. Occurring Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:30am. Bring your little ones if you need, and using partner-workout techniques we will do an efficient, fun and challenging workout! Every class will begin with targeted core activation specifically for postpartum, whether you had a baby 3 months ago or 3 years ago.
**Don’t be intimidated by the term “CrossFit” - each class is coached by a Certified Personal Trainer and Level 2 CrossFit coach who just happens to be a mom herself!**

~A built-in support group of other moms just like you!

The first series in 2019 will start Tuesday, January 8! Select the "January 8 - February 28" date-range below to register!!

Cancellation policy You may cancel up to 3 days before the first class in the series. Once the class series starts, refunds won't be given. Since life with kiddos will likely cause you to miss a class or two, make-up classes are occasionally offered. Check with Amanda for details/schedule. :)
